SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING
at the moment ships worldwide from Sioux Falls, South Dakota and works to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are handled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Most orders ship within 2 business days, but processing may take up to 5 business days during high-volume periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holiday season.
Because fulfillment begins shortly after checkout, orders cannot be modified, changed, or cancelled once submitted. Please review your shipping information and cart carefully before placing your order.
Delivery estimates are guidelines and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs inspections, courier delays, or local holidays.
Please allow up to 12 business days from the date of your shipping confirmation before contacting us about your order. If your package has not arrived within that window, email info@atmclo.com and we will assist.
RETURNED TO SENDER PACKAGES
If your package is returned to at the moment due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or an uncollected parcel, contact info@atmclo.com.
We will help determine the next steps and arrange reshipment if desired.
Please note that additional shipping costs may apply. Packages returned to sender will not be resent automatically without customer confirmation.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
If your order includes an item for pre-order, that will be listen in the item description. The item will be sent out once it is in stock and ready to ships. Updates can be found on IG - @atm_clo

United States
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $10
- Express Shipping (2-4 business days): $15
- Complimentary Standard Shipping on orders over $100 USD
Canada
- Standard shipping rates vary by location and include duties at checkout, with no extra fees on delivery
- Typical delivery: 2-15 business days after shipment
- Complimentary Standard Shipping on orders over $250 CAD
International
- Rates vary by destination and include all applicable duties and taxes
- Typical delivery: 2 to 15 business days after shipment depending on customs and local carrier performance
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If you package arrives damages, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damage. We will do our best to assist you.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Within 5 hours of placing order: you may request size changes, address changes, shipping method changes, or cancellation.
After 5 hours of placing order: orders are finalized, and no changes can be made to any of the above.
Pre-orders: Cannot be cancelled upon payment completion, unless there are verified manufacturer defects upon delivery.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer free returns. Meaning any return request, postage for the parcel to be returned will be paid by the customer. Return requests can only be accepted if request occurs within 3 days of when it was received. No request is guaranteed to be accepted. Varies on product availability and type.
To return an item it must be in the original condition it was sent in (Dust bags, Tags, and unworn). If the garment is received and perceived otherwise we will deny the return request and send it back to you.
The refunded amount will not include the initial shipping value you paid, as its money already spent to get the parcel to you. The shipment fee on your parcel will not be refunded.
